01 Contractor onboarding
Only cleared workers get a pass.
Each contract firm keeps its own workers and their documents. Every document has an expiry date, and an expired one stops the pass.
- Licences, medical fitness and induction tracked per worker
- Expiring documents show up before the gate finds them
- Group passes for crews of up to 25
- With SafetySetu Permit, cleared workers get a sign-in that ends with their gate pass

02 Visitors
Every visit has a host and a purpose.
The host books the visit. On arrival the host is told, and the pass is issued once induction is done. Walk-ins are handled at the gate.
- Each visitor gets a VS number that follows every visit
- Host notice in the app, by email and by SMS
- Turn a walk-in away with a reason that stays on record

03 Roll call
Know who is inside, right now.
Every admit and every exit at the gate updates the count, so the emergency roll call is ready the moment it is needed.
- Split by contract workers and visitors
- By area, across the site
- Built from the gate's own decisions, not a sign-in sheet
